Wedding Toastmaster
You’ve been busy planning your special day, but you’re unsure how everything will come together on the day itself – that’s where I come in! I have been a professional toastmaster for 9 years and I absolutely love my job! My working style is discreet, professional and efficient. I will make sure your guests know where they need to be and when without the need to deafen anyone! I will liaise closely with your suppliers e.g. photographer, musician, florist and venue team so you don’t have to worry about a thing – simply relax and enjoy! Here are just some of my tasks on a typical wedding day (I couldn’t list them all as every wedding is unique):
- A very warm welcome for each of your guests on arrival to the venue.
- The smooth running of the day with co-ordination of all timings.
- A seamless flow between your ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening celebrations.
- I am on hand to assist your photographer with gathering guests for group photos.
- I will make all official announcements including; welcoming the newlyweds, introducing speeches, the cake cutting, the first dance.
- Taking care of guests with mobility issues to ensure they feel comfortable and looked after.
- Working closely with the venue team and all of your wedding vendors.
- Making sure that you have the wedding of your dreams!
Every wedding is different, we will work together to make sure your wedding perfectly reflects you as a couple. I am typically at a venue on the wedding day for approx. 8 hours depending on your exact timings. We will meet up before the day to go through all the finer details.
